Terms & Conditions:​

1. Cancellations are non-refundable.

2. The property is a private villa with no restaurant facilities.

3. No outside visitors/guests allowed beyond 8:00 pm and strictly not permitted to use the property facilities (pool, shower, towels etc)

4. Damages to property in any form will be chargeable

5. The swimming pool will remain closed between 10:30 pm to 07:00 am for safety and maintenance reasons

6. No consumption of food or beverages while in the swimming pool

7. Kindly respect the peaceful surrounding and refrain from playing loud music or creating disturbance especially during the late hours
